Company Tab
The Company tab is where you manage your organization's profile and core platform settings.
What is the Company Profile Section?
Use the Company Profile section to update your organization's basic contact and location details:
Name
Your company name as it appears in Moselle
Primary contact email for your account
Phone
Company phone number
Address / Suite # / Postal Code
Your business address
State / Country
Your company's location
What Are Company Settings?
Company Settings control platform-wide defaults that affect reporting, forecasting, and inventory targets across your entire account:
Company Logo — Upload your brand logo
Master Timezone — Sets the timezone used across all reporting and forecasting (e.g., Eastern Time)
Master Currency — Sets the default currency for your account (e.g., USD)
Days on Hand Minimum — The minimum number of days of inventory you want on hand at any time (e.g., 60 days)
Days on Hand Maximum — The maximum days of inventory before stock is flagged as overstock (e.g., 150 days)
Days on Hand settings directly influence Mo's recommendations and at-risk flagging. Make sure these values reflect your actual business targets — not just the defaults.
Billing Tab
The Billing tab is where you monitor your Mo AI usage and manage your subscription and payment details.
What Are Mo Credits?
Mo Credits represent your monthly usage allowance for Mo. Each credit is a single, blended unit of Mo usage — it covers the AI processing behind your conversations with Mo, the compute Mo uses to analyze your data, and the storage that keeps Mo's datasets current. These are the same three categories shown in your usage breakdown: Mo Conversations, Compute, and Storage.
The Mo Credits section shows your total monthly credit allowance, a usage bar for the current billing period, and the breakdown of credits used by category, so you can track how actively Mo is being used across your account.
Your allowance resets at the start of each billing month. Unused credits do not carry over to the following month.
What Are the Mo Credit Usage Categories?
Quick Answer: Mo Credits are used across three categories — Mo Conversations, Compute, and Storage. Your billing page shows how your monthly credits split across these categories, so you can see exactly where your usage goes.
Mo Conversations : Credits used when you chat with Mo — each prompt, follow-up question, or conversation turn you send draws from your monthly allowance.
Compute : Credits Mo uses when it runs data analyses and prepares your data in the background — for example, keeping your sales and inventory data in sync so answers are ready when you ask.
Storage : Credits that keep Mo's datasets stored and refreshed, so Mo can answer quickly with current information instead of rebuilding your data every time.
How Many Credits Do Mo Tasks Use?
Credit usage scales with the complexity of what you ask Mo to do:
Single look-up
A quick stock check or one-off sales question
1
Multi-step analysis
Comparing performance across channels or time periods
2
Deep analysis
A full re-forecast or scenario model across your catalog
4
For planning ahead, typical working sessions land in these ranges:
Demand planning session — roughly 15–20 credits
Production planning session — roughly 30–40 credits
Monthly credit allotments vary by plan — see moselle.io/pricing for what's included in yours.
How Does the Allow Overages Toggle Work?
Allow Overages — On
Mo continues past your monthly credit limit; extra credits are billed at $0.05 per credit on a separate Mo credits invoice
Allow Overages — Off
Mo and all AI-powered features stop responding once your monthly credit limit is reached
The Allow Overages toggle is off by default. Enable it if you want uninterrupted Mo access during high-usage months — overage credits are billed at $0.05 each on a separate invoice from your regular subscription charge, so your usual invoice amount never changes unexpectedly.
How Do I Manage My Billing and Payment?
The Manage Billing section gives you direct, self-serve access to your invoices and payment details. Each action has an Open button that takes you to Moselle's secure billing portal — make your changes there and you'll be returned to Moselle when you're done. Each action takes 1–2 minutes.
View Invoices

Update Payment Method
Add or replace the payment method on your account
How Do I View or Download an Invoice?
Click Open next to View Invoices. The billing portal shows your full invoice history — select any invoice to view its details or download a PDF copy for your records.
How Do I Update My Payment Method?
Click Open next to Update Payment Method, then add your new card details. The new payment method replaces the one on file and is used for your next billing cycle.
Keeping a valid payment method on file ensures uninterrupted access — especially if you have Allow Overages enabled, since overage usage is billed to the payment method on your account.

The Users tab is where you manage your personal profile and your team's access to Moselle.
How Do I Update My User Profile?
Update your personal contact information in the User Profile section:

How do I change my company's timezone or currency?
Go to **Settings → Company → Company Settings** and update the **Master Timezone** or **Master Currency** fields. Changes apply across all reporting and forecasting in your account.
What happens if I run out of Mo Credits?
If the **Allow Overages** toggle is off, Mo and all AI-powered features will stop responding for the rest of the billing month once your credit limit is reached. Enable Allow Overages to keep Mo active — additional credits are billed at $0.05 each on a separate Mo credits invoice, so your regular subscription invoice is unaffected.
Do unused Mo Credits carry over to next month?
No. Your Mo Credits are a monthly allowance that resets at the start of each billing month, so any credits you don't use do not carry over. Use the usage breakdown in **Settings → Billing** to see whether your current allowance fits how your team works.
