### Demand Forecast Performance

Measures how accurate your demand projections are by comparing forecasted quantities against actual sales results. Use this report to identify where your forecasts are on track and where adjustments are needed to improve planning accuracy over time.

**What This Report Shows**

* A side-by-side comparison of forecasted vs. actual units sold
* Variance and accuracy metrics by SKU, product line, and channel
* Visibility into over- and under-forecasted products across your catalog

**How to Use It**

* Review regularly at the end of each week or month to catch recurring accuracy gaps
* Filter by channel or product line to isolate where forecast drift is happening
* Use findings to inform your next forecast cycle — adjust upward where you're consistently under, and tighten where you're consistently over

**Who This Is For**

Demand planners and operations leads who want a clear, data-backed view of forecast health and accuracy over time.
