Generate your Orders

On your production plan, you can generate orders by clicking on the generate orders button, where our AI will create orders based on your replenishment at-risk SKUs.

AI Order Criteria

Cost

Choosing the cost option will allow the AI Model to generate orders based on the lowest available cost across all your suppliers. For example, if you have an SKU that can be purchased from two different suppliers, the generated order will choose the best available price for you.

Lead Time

Choosing the lead time option will allow the AI Model to generate orders based on the closest supplier with the best price. For example, If you have a SKU that can be purchased from two suppliers, the order will choose the supplier closer in geographic distance to you with the cheaper price option.

Activating Your Purchase Order

When your orders are generated, they are automatically put in a draft state. Clicking on the "Activate PO" selection will change your purchase order to active.

Once active, you can view and manage your order through the . Here, you'll have access to an overview and the ability to adjust the order as necessary.
