# Weekly To-Do List

## What is the Weekly To-Do List?

**The Weekly To-Do List is** Mo's proactive agenda for the week. Each time you open Ask Mo, Mo reviews your live inventory positions, open purchase orders, and recent sales activity, then surfaces a prioritised list of items that need your attention.

Rather than starting from a blank prompt, the To-Do List gives you a clear starting point — the things Mo has already flagged as urgent or worth investigating before they become problems.

## Action Item Types

Mo surfaces four types of action items on the Weekly To-Do List.

### 🚨 Stockout Risk

Mo flags SKUs that are projected to run out of stock before your next replenishment arrives. These are items where your current on-hand inventory, combined with expected sales velocity, puts you at risk of hitting zero.

> *Example: "3 SKUs are at risk of stocking out within the next 14 days."*

Click **Ask Mo** to see:

* Which SKUs are affected and their projected stockout dates
* Whether an inbound PO is already in place — and whether it will arrive in time
* Mo's recommended action: expedite an existing PO, place a new order, or reallocate stock across locations

### 📬 POs to Chase

Mo identifies open purchase orders that are overdue, approaching their expected delivery date without a confirmed status, or haven't had a recent update. These are POs that may need a supplier follow-up to confirm they're on track.

> *Example: "2 purchase orders are past their expected delivery date."*

Click **Ask Mo** to see:

* The specific POs flagged and their original expected delivery dates
* Which SKUs and quantities are affected
* Suggested next steps, including draft supplier follow-up language if needed

### 📦 Low Inventory — Confirm POs

Mo highlights SKUs where stock is running low and checks whether a purchase order is already in place to cover projected demand. If no PO exists, or if the inbound quantity looks insufficient, Mo flags it here.

> *Example: "5 SKUs have low inventory with no confirmed inbound PO."*

Click **Ask Mo** to see:

* Current on-hand stock versus projected demand for each flagged SKU
* Whether existing POs cover the shortfall
* Whether a new order needs to be placed — and at what quantity

### 📈 Sales Surge — Investigate

Mo detects SKUs where sales velocity has spiked significantly above the forecast or recent baseline. A surge can mean a campaign is overperforming, an unexpected channel spike, or a viral moment — and it may require quick action to avoid a stockout.

> *Example: "2 SKUs are selling 40% above forecast this week."*

Click **Ask Mo** to see:

* Which SKUs are surging and by how much
* Whether current inventory can sustain the elevated velocity
* Whether Mo recommends pulling forward any replenishment orders to keep up with demand

## How to Use the Weekly To-Do List

Each item on the list shows:

* The **alert type** (Stockout Risk, PO to Chase, Low Inventory, or Sales Surge)
* A **brief summary** of the issue — for example, the number of SKUs affected or the PO status
* An **Ask Mo** button

Click **Ask Mo** next to any item to open a conversation with Mo pre-loaded with the context for that specific issue. Mo will walk you through what it found, why it matters, and what it recommends you do next.
