# Custom Forecast Views

**Quick Answer:** Above your forecast table, click **+ Custom View**, name the view, and select the product **Line**, **Sub-line**, and **attributes** you want to filter to. Click **Save** and the table filters down to just those items. Setup takes about 1 minute.

## What Is a Custom View?

**A Custom View is** a saved filter for your forecast table, scoped to a specific product line, sub-line, or set of attributes. Instead of scrolling through every SKU in your catalog, you narrow the table down to the slice you actually want to review — like a single season, product line, or color.

* **Reuse your filters** — Save a view once and revisit it anytime from that forecast
* **Drill down further** — Combine line, sub-line, and attribute filters for a precise slice

## Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

* [ ] A scenario plan with projections populated in the forecast table

## Step-by-Step: Create a Custom View

### Open the Custom View Flyout

Above your forecast table, click **+ Custom View**.

**Expected Result:** A flyout opens where you can build your view.

### Name Your View

Give the view a descriptive name — for example, "Jackets Season 2026 View."

### Select a Product Line

Under **Line**, use the dropdown to select or deselect the product line(s) you want the view to include.

### Select a Sub-line

Under **Sub-line**, choose the product type or sub-line to narrow the view further within the line(s) you selected.

### Select Attributes (Optional)

If you want to drill down further, use **Attributes** to filter by any attribute set up at the product level — for example, color or size.

### Save the View

Click **Save**.

Success! Your forecast table now filters down to match the view, and the view is saved for that forecast so you can return to it anytime.

## Editing or Deleting a Custom View

Once a view is saved, click the **pencil icon** on it to reopen the flyout:

| Action                                                          | What It Does                              |
| --------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------- |
| Adjust name, line, sub-line, or attributes, then click **Save** | Updates the view with your new selections |
| Click **Delete View**                                           | Removes the view from that forecast       |

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Does a Custom View change my forecast data?

**Answer:** No. A Custom View only filters what you see in the table — it doesn't edit, hide, or remove any projections from your forecast.

### Are Custom Views shared with my team?

**Answer:** A Custom View is saved on the forecast it was created in, so anyone with access to that forecast can use it.

### Can I combine line, sub-line, and attribute filters?

**Answer:** Yes. Selections across **Line**, **Sub-line**, and **Attributes** all apply together, so you can narrow down to a precise slice of your catalog.
