What Is Pulse Check?

Pulse Check is Moselle's overview page — a single view of how your sales and inventory are trending right now. Instead of checking Forecast, Inventory, and Orders separately, Pulse Check surfaces the SKUs and purchase orders that need your attention today.

Key Benefits:

  • Start your day in one place: Sales performance, stock risk, and PO status without navigating between pages

  • Spot what's urgent: Out-of-stock and critically low SKUs, plus overdue and upcoming purchase orders, are called out automatically

  • Act without leaving the page: Ask Mo about a SKU, preview its details, or jump straight to Orders to confirm drafts

Prerequisites

Time Required: Under 1 minute to review Difficulty: Beginner

Before you begin, make sure you have:

Opening Pulse Check

Click Pulse in the left sidebar — it's Moselle's default landing page, right below Ask Mo.

What's on the Pulse Check Page?

Pulse Check is organized into cards, each covering a different signal:

Card
What It Shows

Sales Pulse (MoM)

Your top-performing SKUs by revenue, with month-over-month change

Out of Stock

SKUs with zero available units, grouped by warehouse

Critically Low

SKUs approaching a stockout, grouped by warehouse, with an estimated stockout date

Overdue POs

Purchase orders past their expected delivery date

Upcoming POs

Purchase orders due in the next 14 days, plus any drafts waiting to be confirmed

Sales Pulse (MoM)

The Sales Pulse table lists your top-performing SKUs for the current month, ranked by revenue. For each SKU you'll see:

Column
What It Shows

Grade

The SKU's performance tier — A, B, or C

SKU

The item's identifier

Name

The product name

Revenue Share

The SKU's share of total revenue across the table

MoM %

Change in revenue versus the prior month

Days on Hand

How many days of inventory remain at the current sales rate

Ordered

Units currently on order, or None if nothing is on order

Out of Stock & Critically Low

These two cards flag inventory risk before it becomes a stockout:

  • Out of Stock lists SKUs with no available units, grouped by warehouse

  • Critically Low lists SKUs approaching a stockout, grouped by warehouse, with a Stockout Date column showing when you're projected to run out

Both cards show a checkmark and a confirmation message when there's nothing to flag.

Overdue & Upcoming POs

  • Overdue POs lists purchase orders past their expected delivery date, so you can follow up with suppliers

  • Upcoming POs shows how many purchase orders are due in the next 14 days

If you have draft purchase orders that haven't been confirmed, Upcoming POs shows an alert — for example, "6 draft POs need to be confirmed." Click Review to go straight to the Orders page and confirm them.

Take Action on Any SKU

Every SKU row on Pulse Check has a menu of quick actions.

1

Open the Row Menu

Hover any SKU row — a Click for actions tooltip appears. Click the row to open the action menu.

2

Choose an Action

  • Ask Mo — Opens Mo and prompts it to explain and break down that SKU

  • Quick SKU Summary — Opens a slide-out on the right with the SKU's details

  • View SKU Details — Takes you to that SKU's full item page in the Product Catalog

What's in the Quick SKU Summary?

The slide-out has two tabs:

Overview — Total stock, units ordered, and Days on Hand (DoH), plus the SKU's identifier, MOQ, DOH min/max, transit lead time, and production lead time

Inventory — A per-warehouse breakdown, including total stock, units ordered, DoH, and any related purchase orders (PO #, status, shipment, and delivery date)

Click View Item Details at the bottom of the slide-out to open the SKU's full item page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Pulse Check show data for a specific warehouse only?

Can I customize what appears on Pulse Check?

Answer: Not currently — Pulse Check always shows the Sales Pulse, Out of Stock, Critically Low, Overdue POs, and Upcoming POs cards.

What does "Ordered: None" mean in the Sales Pulse table?
