Setting Up Channels

The next step is to set up your channels with your connected stores in Moselle. This will streamline all synced sales and inventory data into the platform.

1. Click on your avatar at the top right corner of your dashboard page.

2. From your settings click on the "Channels" tab.

3. Click on "Add Channel" this will open a pop out on the right side of the screen.

4. Enter a Channel Name and link it to a store you have integrated with Moselle from the selection applicable.

5. Click the "Add" button to link your channel to a store.

6. To link a warehouse to your channel, select the dropdown and choose a warehouse from the selection. This will enable your channel to recognize which warehouse you'll be pulling from, and assist in forecasting your at-risk items.

How to Archive a Channel

Click on the trash icon, found on the right side of the warehouse.
