View Your At-Risk items

See how Moselle can spin up your at-risk items with a click of a button. This step will help you review what items need replenishing.

Overview

The page header displays your plan type, source forecast, coverage period, and last updated time.

Summary Widgets show key metrics:

• Total SKUs and units to replenish

• Total Inventory Value (TIV) ordered

• Open orders

The table lists core products at risk of stock-out, showing available inventory, incoming stock, ordered quantities, MOQ, and recommended order quantities based on your forecast model.

Filter Products

Use filters to narrow results by Product Line, Product Type, and Product Name.

Schedule View

The schedule view displays SKUs in table format with order quantities across your coverage period. Toggle between quantity and amount views to see units or dollars.

Expand any SKU (click the chevron) to see:

• Starting Balance

• Projected Sales

• Suggested Order Quantity

• Ending Balance

Click the square icon above the table for an expanded view that shows how suggested orders impact inventory levels over time.

Rebuild Your Plan

Click Rebuild to refresh the buy plan with current data. A banner will notify you that regeneration is in progress (allow a few minutes to complete).

Rebuild your plan after making inventory or purchase order changes to keep recommendations current.

Export Options

Click Export to download your plan as CSV or XLSX:

Buy Plan By Month: Monthly purchase recommendations by SKU, incorporating MOQs, lead times, and safety stock. Shows how Moselle will construct your purchase orders.

Ending Inventory By Month: Projected month-end inventory levels based on proposed orders. Useful for capacity and cash planning to ensure orders don't create excess inventory.
