View Your At-Risk items

See how Moselle can spin up your at-risk items with a click of a button. This step will help you review what items need replenishing.

At-Risk Item Overview

At the top of the page will display the plans type and the forecast that was used to generate it, its coverage period, and last updated time.

The widgets summarizes that number of your total SKUs and units to replenish, TIV ordered, and opened orders.

The table below will display your core products at risk of going out of stock. Each item displayed will show what is available, incoming, ordered, minimum of quantity (MOQ), and recommended order quantity. The recommended order quantity is based the forecast model you have chosen for the replenishment plan.

Filter your Products

Filters are available on the at-risk item table which will help you drill down your Product Line, Product Type, and Product Name.

Schedule View

The schedule view will list your SKUs in a table and provide a top down view of order quantities across the coverage period you entered from your parameters. The table can be switched between a quantity view and amount view, giving you flexibility on units or dollars to order.

Click the chevron arrow next to any SKU to expand a detailed view. This dropdown will display:

  • Starting Balance

  • Projected Sales

  • Suggested Order Quantity

  • Ending Balance

Clicking on the square icon above the table will provided an open expanded view. The expanded view helps you understand how the suggested order quantity impacts your inventory levels, allowing you to make more informed purchasing decisions.

Rebuild Button

Click on the Rebuild button to refresh the Buy Plan. A yellow banner will prompt, notifying you that your replenishment is being generated. Allow a few minutes for the replenishment to finish and built to show you your at-risk SKUS.

Refresh the buy plan when you have made any inventory or purchase order changes. This will keep your production plan up to date.

Export Your Production Plan

Click the "Export" button to export your plan to a CSV or XLSX file. You will have two options to export:

  • Buy Plan By Month

  • Buy Plan - Ending Inventory By Month

Production Plan Buy by Month Export

This report provides insights into how our AI has determined your production planning for the specified period, from the start date to the end date (runway date).

The output presents rows of SKUs and recommended purchases by month, taking into account minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and safety stock levels. Our AI attempts to predict your preferred safety stock levels, MOQs, and lead times based on past history, but you can override these by manually adjusting the settings.

This powerful view will assist you in understanding how Moselle will construct your purchase orders in the next step of this tutorial.

Ending Inventory By Month Export

For capacity and cash planning, it is helpful for you to understand how much inventory we will have on hand for any given month in the future based on the orders Moselle is proposing.

This export provides that information, ensuring you have peace of mind that the AI is not purchasing excess inventory.
