The cells in the table are clickable and can be updated in real-time. Review item listing linkages, and connected platforms, and routinely keep your items synced and updated while you are triaging your items.
You can update your costs, price, product line & type as you go through your open catalog issues. Keeping these updated will help provide you with better forecasts from your buy plans.
Your open catalog widgets are categorized into the following:
Missing Category - No product line or product type
Missing Unit Price - No unit price
Missing Unit Cost - No unit cost
No Sales Data - No connected platforms
No Supplier Found - No supplier connected
You can create items on the catalog page to quickly add new products or components while reviewing your catalog issues.
On the catalog page, select the Products or Components tab to be directed to the Products or Components overview. Select the Add Product or Add Component button and a slideout will appear for you to enter a new item.
Enter your item details, then click save to finalize your new item into Moselle.
If you want to make mass edit changes to either your product or component list, you can download your master item list on the Catalog page. Once you've made your changes, contact our team at support@moselle.io and they can help import this in to finalize these changes.
Click on various filters on the Products tab to help navigate your item catalog.
The status filter quickly shows if an item is active or archived in Moselle
The product line and product type will display a dropdown selection of the current options that users can choose from to filter out their styles, colors, etc.
Users can type in and include different ranges of unit prices and costs to filter in specific items
The search bar will allow users to type in a search query for any product name in the catalog.
In the Products tab, use the Export button to download your catalog. You can also click the View button to customize which properties to display in your CSV file, allowing you to tailor the overview of all available products in your catalog to your specific needs.
In the Components tab, use the select status dropdown to filter through active and archived components. When you are ready to export a component-only CSV file, click on the cloud icon at the bottom right corner of the table to prompt a download of the component table.
