Syncing Your Items

Learn to automatically sync your Shopify items to Moselle, and keep your catalog up to date.

The sync feature is currently exclusive to Shopify stores. We're working to make it available for additional platforms in the near future.

Navigation

Start by clicking on your avatar at the top right corner, then choose the Settings option in the drop down menu. Navigate to the Beta tab and then choose the Sync Shopify Items feature at the bottom of the list.

Choose a Shopify shop from the dropdown menu and press the sync button. A pop up will appear and will display how many items will be created and linked. Moselle will connect to your Shopify store, detect any newly updated items, and automatically create and link them to refresh your catalog.

We recommend reviewing the total number of items that will be generated, as the sync process will automatically create and sync any items that are not yet available in Moselle for the current month.
