Triage Your Catalog

The product catalog page will give you high-level insights on your connected platforms, product line, product type, unit costs & price, and suppliers.

Click on the "Catalog" feature from the dashboard to open up your item catalog.

On the page, the Open Catalog Issues will give you the latest insights for accurate item data. You can sort by columns in the table to view the latest items that need updating. Items with no connected platforms can be updated by clicking on the plus (+) button. This will direct you to update the appropriate listing for the Moselle item.

Updating Items

The cells in the table are clickable and can be updated in real time. Review item listing linkages, their connected platforms, and routinely keep your items synced and updated while you are triaging your items.

You can update your costs, price, product line & type as you go through your open catalog issues. Keeping these updated will help provide you with better forecasts from your buy plans.

Open Catalog Issues

Your open catalog widgets are categorized into the following:

  • Missing Category - No product line or product type

  • Missing Unit Price - No unit price

  • Missing Unit Cost - No unit cost

  • No Sales Data - No connected platforms

  • No Supplier Found - No supplier connected

Downloading your Master Item List

You can export your master item list from the Products tab on the Catalog Page. Follow this tutorial on how to export your item data.

On the Products tab, use the Export button to download your catalog. You can also click the View button to customize which properties to display in your CSV file, allowing you to tailor the overview of all available products in your catalog to your specific needs.
