Adjust Inventory

If you are creating an adjustment in a warehouse location inventory, select the same warehouse location for the From and To slide-out page. This means that you are adjusting to this specific location.

  • Once you select Update Inventory the slide-out will update and will prompt you to search for the item you would want to add or remove.

  • Select the amount of inventory you want to add or remove, its unit size, and a lot batch if there is one available

  • After including all the item name details, select Create to create the update

  • Your inventory should automatically update in your warehouse location. If you see no change yet, hit refresh and that should update your inventory

  • You can also view your inventory activity by scrolling to the bottom and viewing recent activity changes made in that warehouse location. Every update can be changed again by clicking on the View/Edit selection on the lined transaction history
