Create an Inventory Warehouse

See the breakdown on how to create an inventory location in Moselle. Know the difference between the different warehouses you house your inventory.

Stock Overview Navigation

From your dashboard select the "Inventory" page from the dashboard menu.

Your Stock Overview Page will be displayed that houses your current stock across all your warehouses. For a closer look on each warehouse, can click on the "Warehouse" tab to view all of your warehouses in Moselle.

Create a Warehouse

Click on the Warehouse tab to view your warehouse list, then click on teh "+ Add Warehouse" button to begin creating your warehouse. Enter the name of the warehouse, the address, state/province, zip code, and country. Once all details have been entered click on the "Create" button to create your warehouse.

Current Stock Inventory

Your current stock inventory will display three widgets at the top of your screen; Out of Stock, TRV ( Total Retail Value), and TIV (Total Inventory Value). These three widgets can be further broken down in the table below where it displays your current stock levels across all your warehouses.

Sort and Filter

You can sort your inventory in either ascending or descending order by simply clicking on the table headers. To refine your results further, use the filter button to enter a specific value and effortlessly narrow down the table.

Upload an Inventory Snapshot

When uploading an inventory snapshot, click on the "Update Warehouse" button and select the "Upload Inventory Snapshot" in the drop down menu.

A box will pop up where you can drag and drop your inventory snapshot file for upload. Click on the "Download Template" button to download a pre made template where you can enter your inventory snapshot. Once filled out, upload your file to the drag and drop box for your snapshot inventory to be uploaded into your warehouse.
